Shawn Tilley
Managing Director
Commencing in 2015, Shawn started Paramount Earthmoving after working as a tradesman for Force Equipment and Cummins. With a focus on continuous growth, Paramount now has over 100 items of plant in our fleet and with quality companies like MACA Civil, MACA Mining, CPB, RJ Vincent’s, Hanson’s, Ertech and BGC.
Paramount launched a Bulk Haulage Division in July 2017 which has complimented the range of services our team provide to our customers.
Adrian Hughes
General Manager
Beginning as a tradesman, Adrian then transferred into various management roles that include an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Group Hire Fleet Manager responsible for over 120 items of plant, Indigenous Relations Manager and Project Manager.
He is a proven solutions-driven professional with vast experience within the Civil, Construction and Mining sectors.
Tracy Saul
Office Manager
Tracy brings to the Paramount team office support with strong technical proficiency and commitment to accuracy in financial data entry and financial record keeping. Tracy continues to provide professional customer service, general business and staff support and administrative functions.
